We are committed to this vision and therefore, believe that through the strategic deployment of our Specialist Leaders of Education, who are trained to work in a strategic partnership with other schools, we can make this vision a reality. Our Specialist Leaders of Education will be able to work with the appropriate staff in a school to bring about any changes necessary in a collaborative manner so that any developments made are sustainable. We are experienced in tailoring development programmes to meet the needs of the school with the school and are also experienced in quality assuring our work.
We have already worked closely with schools in different contexts to bring about desired improvements and have a track record of positive feedback in this work. Our expertise is wide ranging and includes data, tracking and assessment, financial management, timetabling and curriculum design, policies and systems, behaviour management, marking and closing the gap, coaching for improvement, quality of teaching to name but a few.
We are well placed within Essex to be able to provide a personalised package of support which is rigorous and robust in both the Primary and Secondary sectors. The commissioning process is collaborative. The evaluation process is measured against the impact in the target areas and monitored through weekly and final evaluation forms.

£500 + VAT Headteacher
£400 + VAT Senior Leadership team
£300 + VAT SLE Subject Leader level
An evaluation process will be in place from the outset of any support that is brokered and will take the form of weekly and final evaluation forms.
